– A young basketball fan from Florida was arrested last week after he allegedly yelled racial slurs at a woman and her mother while trying to buy tickets to a Lakers game in Florida.
The victim, 21-year-old Jordan Stokes, was reportedly trying to purchase tickets for a game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the New Orleans Pelicans when she was confronted by Stokes and his father, a man who was in the crowd.
The victim told police that she was trying to get tickets for the Lakers-Pelicans game when Stokes asked her what she was doing and then allegedly screamed racial slurs.
Stokes was arrested on Monday on charges of harassment, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Mary E. Moseley, 51, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Police say Mosely allegedly yelled racist slurs at an unidentified man, who then went inside to confront her and her girlfriend.
The woman allegedly told officers that she has been drinking and wanted to go to a strip club, according to a news release from Delaware State Police.
Moseley allegedly confronted the man and her boyfriend, who was then arrested on charges that included harassment, disorderly conduct, and resisting an officer without violence.
She was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.
Miami Heat guard Wayne Ellington tweeted a photo of himself on Wednesday wearing the Lakers uniform, with the words “I’ll never forget that night” written on his chest.
