You can create free accounts with Google Apps for free to send and receive messages.
Google Apps gives you the ability to create, manage, and track free email accounts for your business.
To start, you need a Google account.
Sign up for a free Google account and sign in to your Gmail account.
Google tells you the information you need when you sign in.
You’ll see a list of email accounts on your Google account, including the email address you use for your Gmail.
When you create a new email account or add an existing account, Google will set up and verify your email address.
Google uses your email to manage your account and will not send or send messages to your email account.
If you don’t want Google to automatically sign in when you open your Gmail, you can disable automatic sign in for Gmail.
To turn off automatic sign-in for Gmail, click the “Accounts” tab.
Google gives you a list with your email addresses when you create an account.
To add your email email address, click “Add Address.”
If you’re an individual, you might need to create multiple accounts for each of your contacts.

When the group is created, each person will be assigned a Google email account that’s linked to their Google account automatically.
When a person joins the group and creates an email, they’ll receive a notification to confirm the email.
If someone changes their email address after the group has been created, they can revoke the access.
Google will automatically sign out the new email address when they’re done.
If a group member wants to cancel the access to their email account (or they’re not logged in to the group), they can either sign out of the group or go to their Gmail account and cancel their email.
You also can set up alerts on each person’s email account when someone else changes their password, but they can’t revoke access to that email.
To check whether you have access to your accounts, click on the “Sign In” button at the top of your account, which will take you to the account creation page.
To update your email password and reset your email settings, click Add Account.
When it’s time to add or delete an email or group, you must enter the new or changed email address on the email or groups page.
You have to enter a password each time you make changes to the email, groups, or password.
If there are two or more email addresses or groups, you have to use different passwords for each.
If the email addresses you want to delete or change are in the same Google account (you can create separate Google accounts), you’ll have to sign out to your Google Gmail account first.
If your Gmail is already connected to a Google Gmail, it will work with the new account.
For new accounts, Google gives your email information to the Google Apps team, so they can send and manage your messages.
Once Google Apps has started sending emails, the team sends them to the Gmail account that you created.
Google says you can change the email account’s email settings.
You won’t be able to change your Gmail password, though, as the Google email service isn’t able to authenticate the email that comes from your Google accounts.
